Instruction & Guided Tours
Full Day 6 hours - Guide Fee 120€
Half Day 3 hours - Guide Fee 70€
Guide fee is divided by the number of persons in the group.
Price does not include hire of equipment.
Cost for snow shoe hire, poles, avalanche equipment - transceiver, shovel, probe is approximately 20€ per day / 14€ per half day.

COURSE DETAILS
All courses are led by UIMLA / BAIML mountain leaders resident in the Chamonix Valley.
This course is designed for hill walkers wanting to extend their experiences and explore areas previously not accessible on foot or ski.
MOUNTAINBAGGERS reserve the right to keep the programme flexible depending upon weather, snow conditions and overall group abilities.

ITINERARY
ARRIVAL
A chance to meet the team, other course members and to discuss the programme for the coming week.
This will also be an equipment briefing / check.
DAY 1.
Introduction to Snowshoeing Equipment / Techniques - Chamonix Valley trails.
DAY 2.
All day snowshoe trek - Le Tour - Col De Balme.
DAY 3.
Snowshoe Tour - Vallorcine Area - includes snowcraft techniques.
DAY 4 / 5 / 6
All day high level snowshoe treks.
